Dr. Suzan Barbour is a business development leader, women’s economic empowerment advocate, and international trade expert with over 25 years of experience spanning the U.S. Department of State, Department of Commerce, and the private sector. She is the founder and CEO of BMMGSC, a premier consultancy driving cross-border trade, strategic partnerships, and market entry between the United States and the MENA region, with a strong focus on Jordan.

A recognized specialist in business matchmaking and trade shows, Dr. Barbour has spearheaded the design and execution of more than 20 nationally and internationally recognized trade exhibitions and successfully guided delegations to expand business opportunities. Over the past two years, she has supported more than 25 SMEs in their growth journeys—providing mentorship, strategic planning, and access to new markets. Her extensive experience and proven track record make her a trusted partner for companies seeking to scale, connect with global markets, and achieve sustainable success.

Dr. Reem Samir Al-Baghdadi

Dr. Reem Al-Baghdadi is a leading businesswoman and a member of numerous local organizations dedicated to women's empowerment.

She holds a Ph.D. in English Language Methodology, which has allowed her to expand her expertise and knowledge by teaching at advanced Jordanian universities, attending multiple local and international conferences, and publishing research papers.

She is the co-founder and CEO of Rimara Pack, a company that specializes in manufacturing and packaging plastic parts and is one of the leading companies in Jordan.

She is also a member of the Women Industrialists Council at the Amman Chamber of Industry. Dr. Al-Baghdadi represented the Jordanian private sector at the G20 summit meetings as part of the Women's Economic Empowerment Alliance in 2020 and 2021.

In 2018, she was recognized as an "Inspirational Woman" by the Australian-based Diraen Foundation.

Dr. Ranad Suhaimat

Physician who holds a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery from the University of Jordan.

She is a consultant in clinical pathology and holds the Jordanian Board in Laboratory Medicine (Microbiology and Immunology).

She has over twenty years of professional experience.

She is the founder, chairperson of the board of directors, and CEO of THELAB Medical Laboratories.

She is a supporter of women's empowerment and advocates for their access to decision-making positions. She is also one of the first graduates of the Future Female program in Jordan.

She is a participant in the Euthenia Community Council, affiliated with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, which supports businesswomen in the Middle East and North Africa.

She has been a member of the forum since 2021 and a member of its administrative board since 2023.

Suha Bakir

Eng. Rabia Mufleh Al-Ajarmeh

Former Minister of State for Institutional Development - Jordanian Government.

She has over 30 years of practical experience.

She began her professional career in 1987 at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and continued at the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO) until 2008, after which she worked in the private sector as a consultant and expert.

In 2019, she was appointed Director General of the Institute of Public Administration and then Minister of State for Institutional Development.

She has worked in the fields of excellence and institutional development. She is an EFQM-certified Lead Assessor and a certified Lead Quality Manager and Auditor from the European Society for Quality.

She has experience in various fields, including policy and legislative development, project management, strategic planning, governance, process reengineering, innovation, sustainability, and business continuity.

She has led various initiatives and projects, including the development and implementation of the Institute of Public Administration's transformation strategy in 2019 and the development of the "Public Administration Modernization Framework" conducted by the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence in 2022.

Reem N. Bsaiso

Senior Consultant, Knowledge Economy for Human Capital

Reem N. Bsaiso is a global policy leader, strategist, and advocate for technology, education, and environmental innovation. She currently serves as Senior Consultant on the Knowledge Economy for Human Capital and is a Member of the Jordan Senate Joint Committee on Energy.Reem advises on climate change and green energy for the Far East Group and chairs the board of Professionals for Humanity (USA). She is an advisory board member with the Global Thinkers Forum (UK), the University of the People (USA), and United Planet (USA).

She also serves on the Supervisory Board of the Ecosystem Restoration Camps Foundation (Netherlands) and engages with several international committees including the Open Book Initiative and the Advisory & Scientific Committee of the Arab Science Journal (LAS/ALECSO).Previously, Reem was CEO of World Links International (World Bank, Washington DC & UK), leading programs that trained millions of teachers and students in 14 countries.

Her work has connected innovation, education, and policy at the highest levels, earning her recognition from the World Bank and invitations to global platforms such as the World Economic Forum and the U.S. Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship.She continues to champion knowledge-driven development, sustainability, and cross-border collaboration, serving as a mentor and speaker in international forums.

Dr. Ekaette Joseph-Isang

Dr. Ekaette Joseph-Isang is a physician, public health informatics specialist, and transformation consultant

She began her career in clinical medicine and later completed a fellowship in Epidemiology and Health Systems Integration at the Kentucky Department for Public Health, where she contributed to advancing health data systems and research in informatics.

She is the Founder of Champions Coaching Academy (USA & Nigeria) and RiteBridge Consultants, supporting individuals and healthcare organizations in areas such as clinical documentation integrity, risk adjustment, and value-based care. Passionate about personal growth, she developed the Midlife Mastery Methodology and the A.C.T.I.O.N. Pathway, frameworks that empower professionals—especially women over 40—to redefine success and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Her work and story have been featured on platforms such as the Immigrants Incorporate and Blacklight podcasts, and she is the author of the upcoming book “No Late Bloomers.”

His experience spans local, national, and international levels, including his role as Director of the Mayor's Office for International Affairs in Louisville, Kentucky, where he contributed to a historic government merger. In his most recent role at a UAE educational institution, he was instrumental in fostering entrepreneurship initiatives.A truly global citizen, Dr. Ayyash's rich international perspective is informed by his life experiences, having been born in Jordan, raised in Austria, and an expat in Dubai before immigrating to the United States.
